Lance Karasava

Lance Karasava

Healthcare & property development

Lance combines a healthcare background with experience managing property portfolios and development projects alongside Jamie and private investors. This gives him a practical perspective on looking after property assets, assessing development opportunities and managing improvements over time.

His healthcare work includes psychological therapies, supporting children, young people and adults. At JALA, he brings these perspectives to premises, service quality, staff responsibilities and continuity for the people who depend on a business.

Jamie Lewis

Jamie Lewis

Product manager, sound engineer & property development

Jamie's background spans product management, multimedia sound engineering, and property development. He focuses on understanding business operations and identifying opportunities to improve systems, processes, and customer service.

He's especially drawn to businesses that make a practical difference to the communities they serve and the environment, whether through caring for people, maintaining essential infrastructure, or managing resources responsibly.

Natalie Karasava

Early years education

Natalie has around 15 years’ experience at the primary school she attended as a child. She has led the development of its early years provision and supported other schools across Norfolk, sharing practice in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2.

Her focus is on nurturing, high-quality environments for young children. She prefers to contribute behind the scenes, offering an educator’s perspective on childcare opportunities and the needs of children, families and staff.

How we approach a purchase

We want to understand how your business works, what matters to you and what a handover could involve. Staff, customers and your future role belong in that conversation from the start.

If there is a potential fit, we agree what to explore and how to handle information. Any purchase depends on due diligence, funding and terms that both sides agree.
